Everything about this resort is great, perfect getaway esp when u are travelling with kids, they have indoor and outdoor sports, wonderful ambience, well maintained garden and helpful staff, parking facility was good, the resort management helped us hire a local cab to cover nearby spots at reasonable price, campfire and music was good too.... We had a wonderful time and made amazing memories, every corner is worth a picture.. Highly recommend this resort(one of the bestest in Kodaikanal), its very near to silver cascade falls.... However, the management can improve w.r. t food... Kindly include more options in the menu.... Overall 10/10 experience i had with my family.

Everything was very nice. Very luxurious and spacious rooms. Room was very clean and tidy. We took Mountain suite room and it's worth to enjoy the view and worth the price. We had provided with complimentary South Indian breakfast in their restaurant. South Indian chef was very polite and well behaved. Complimentary Breakfast was also enjoyable. Only drawback in this stay was except complimentary Breakfast the lunch we ordered in this stay was not that good they only provided fried rice and noodles options only. And price tagged for those food was too costly. If you plan to take food from outside means we should use online food service options only. Because there's no nearby hotels at all. But overall Experience in this stay was pleasant. Each and every single staffs behaved really well and helpful.

***Overall, had a good stay with my family*** - The room was spacious and clean. - The food was average and somewhat expensive. - The standout was the well-behaved and friendly staff and their excellent service. - I hope that they maintain this level of service for every guest. **Location** - The hotel's location is a bit confusing; it's set back from the main road. - Navigating small roads can be challenging, especially when vehicles are approaching from the opposite direction. - It's advisable not to rely on Google Maps. It's best to call the staff for guidance; they are friendly and can direct you to the exact location. **Food** - The food was average and relatively costly. - Since the hotel is far from town, you'll have to rely on the in-house restaurant, which is not very budget-friendly. In summary, while we encountered some location and food-related challenges, the excellent staff and service made our stay enjoyable. I hope they continue to provide this experience to all guests.

The hotel ambiance and luxury is good. Rooms were very comfortable and bathroom was very clean with good heater and clean toilets. People serve the best to make you comfort. The only issue is the location,it's way to reach the hotel is too narrow path and not sophisticated. There was no convenience store or other hotels nearby . I loved the place once reached.

The location was a bit difficult to get to, other than that the room was beautiful. The food in the breakfast was amazing, but for dinner the options were limited, nevertheless the cost for the same was nominal. There's only one complaint, on the day we checked in we found the hand shower broken, when we reported they blamed us that we broke the same, unfortunately the housekeeping staff had responded really bad, had to fight through to justify the same. Other than that the rest of the days the service was good.

I loved the hotel and room, stayed from 17-19 Nov with 2 young children. Friendly and helpful staffs. We got a Mountain View room and it’s a wow experience!! I would recommend to my friends and yes only location to the hotel a bit narrow but you will definitely love the hotel. It’s super nice to have the best view and clean room.
